Who processes your personal data?
EDUCAL s. r. o. (hereinafter "Educal") processes personal data of natural persons within the scope of its activities, including the operation of its website, only to the extent necessary for the fulfilment of the intended purpose. Pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter referred to as the "Regulation") and Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on the protection of personal data and on the amendment and supplementation of certain acts (hereinafter referred to as the "Act on the protection of personal data"), Educal is obliged to provide information regarding the processing of such data.

Purpose of the processing of personal data
Educal processes personal data for the following purposes:
- for the purpose of contacting you back, the following personal data is processed: name and surname, telephone and e-mail.
- marketing
- ensuring the operation of the website and its optimization
Retention period of personal data
In general, personal data is processed only for the strictly necessary period and retained for the duration of the purpose.
Transfer of personal data to third countries or international organisations
Personal data processed by Educal is not transferred to third countries or international organisations.
The processing of personal data by Educal does not involve automated individual decision-making or profiling.

Rights of the data subject and their exercise
The person concerned has the right to:
- withdraw their consent to the processing of their personal data for a specific purpose
- lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority
- from Educal to request
- confirmation of whether or not her personal data is processed by Educal
- access to personal data relating to the data subject
- the rectification of inaccurate personal data relating to the data subject
- erasure of personal data relating to the data subject where one of the grounds set out in Article 17 of the Regulation is met
- restriction of the processing of personal data relating to the data subject where one of the grounds referred to in Article 18 of the Regulation is met
- to obtain personal data relating to him or her and provided by Educal in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and has the right to transfer that data to another controller, provided that the following conditions are met the conditions set out in Article 20 of the Regulation
- object to the processing of personal data concerning him or her, provided that the requirements of Article 21 are met Regulation

Provision of personal data
Within the framework of individual agendas, Educal provides processed personal data only to authorized entities while respecting the existing legal basis for the provision of personal data under the Regulation.
Supervisory authority
The supervisory authority for the protection of personal data in the Slovak Republic is the Office for Personal Data Protection under the Personal Data Protection Act.
